Due to the nature of our products Mickie Lane Co. doesn't offer refunds or accept returns. If any dissatisfaction occurs with a product please contact customer service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 1-2 business days for response. Customer satisfaction is our first priority.
All items are shipped via USPS. Currently we only ship within the United States. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed BEFORE shipped. Tracking information will be provided once item has shipped.
Due to the delicacy of our products during the summer season we will not ship orders that include our Tri-Butter after Wednesday. This prevents the order from sitting in the USPS warehouse over the weekend allowing the product to melt.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed Monday.
Please note Mickie Lane Co. is not responsible for late shipments due to carrier delays.
If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours via email at email@example.com. Include picture and detailed explanation. Please allow 1-2 business days for response and resolution.
